I subscribe to limited RSS Feeds to keep abreast on changes in the industry. One of them is Microsoft at Work. A lot of information there seems to be driven by marketing and not very helpful, but I decided to read one article, "Top 7 employee bungles using Microsoft Office." Here's the enticing text that arrived in the feed itself.
"Even Microsoft employees are not immune to making mistakes while using Microsoft Office. Read how some Office 'experts' make the same blunders that our customers do--over and over." I clicked the link at the bottom of the feed and got: "This page unavailable." I did that twice. I thought it was a joke. I'm not sure why the link broke, but I thought it was sort of apropos. For the real page and something more interesting than a broken link, go to: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=6151019 I'm glad I'm not the only person that forgets to include attachments from time to time. I'm learning to attach them before I compose the e-mail.
