Hi everyone,

 

Someone posted a question on LinkedIn asking what makes a "5-star"
resume. One of the responses is from a recruiter, and it's quite
detailed in what she does and does not want to see on a resume. I
thought it was right-on and worth sharing. Her last bullet point is
about functional resumes and how she does NOT like them if there's no
tie to your work history.
