The only "catalog" I know of is at: http://www.techwriterblogs.com which
Tom Johnson set up a couple of years ago. It's a list that you can add
you own blog to, so I don't know how comprehensive it is.
Have you tried going to Technorati and searching for blogs that list
technical writing as their theme? That might produce a "catalog".
