Why does it matter? Your audience is anyone who is using, or may be using, the product. Doesn't matter If they've used it before or not. How often do you look up something in an application you use often?

Simultaneously, I give the same document to another person, who has installed the application and can verify the information in the user manual. In an ideal situation, who exactly is my correct audience? Is it the guy with the installed application and user manual, or the other one? Also, whose feedback should I take seriously? I just want to know how you will deal with such a situation. _________________________________________________________________ Climate, controversies and the changing signatures of nature http://green.in.msn.com/ ______________________________________________ ComponentOne Doc-To-Help 2009 is your all-in-one authoring and publishing solution.
