But struct timespec is sec/nanosec. I look at nanoseconds of accuracy for other things today (I don't always get as close as I'd like, but thats another problem :).. Odds are that we won't actually be able to get real nanosec accuracy for a few years on most platforms, but it seems silly to artificially limit ourselves.
