By default, the configure scripts for libpcap and tcpdump don't enable
IPv6 filters (in libpcap) and dissection (in tcpdump). They have to be
configured with "--enable-ipv6" to support IPv6.
(I don't know why it's not the default. Is there any reason not to make
it the default these days?)
