What's the group's thoughts on these options, and which would be most
preferred? #1 seems easiest, and #2 seems most logical.
I prefer #1 - it's easier, *and* it seems more logical to me; the most
important thing about a capture would seem to me to be the link-layer
type, not the fact that it has radio information.
