Remove them.
Some things like:

    > /* $NetBSD: print-ah.c,v 1.4 1996/05/20 00:41:16 fvdl Exp $ */

could, yes, remain. Particularly in comments, rather than rcsid[].

(I still miss $Id$, and the SCCS "what" command...)
