Which version of WinPcap are you using?
Versions prior to 2.1 didn't *have* a shared version of the WinPcap
library, i.e. there *wasn't* a wpcap.dll file - if you were using a
version prior to 2.1, that would explain the file not found error, as it
couldn't have found a wpcap.dll file.
2.1 was in beta until today (March 20).
If you were using 2.02 or an earlier version, try upgrading to 2.1.
If you were using a 2.1 beta, try upgrading to the final version of 2.1,
to see if that fixes the problem.
If you were using the final version of 2.1, or if the problem still
occurs with the final version of 2.1, ask
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" about the problem.
