The only manual we have is the pcap man page, which is part of the
libpcap source code.
The man page *should* be present on any UNIX system with libpcap
installed "for developers" (many Linux systems have separate packages
for libpcap shared libraries and the libpcap header files and archive
libraries, and the man page might only be installed if you install the
latter). Try "man pcap".
