I believe they can just be replaced verbatim. The new files should be
the same as yours, just with more OS's added. I downloaded
libpcap-current.tar.gz from tcpdump.org and replaced the config.guess
and config.sub with the files from gnu.org. It compiled fine.
The files are at:
