[tcpdump-workers] Query on libPcap

Hi I am using libPcap for packet capturing by opening the adapter in promiscuous mode.I have to calculate the statistics  for all the good and bad packets. But the packet which I am getting doesn't contain ethernet CRC. I am  getting the ethernet header ie the MAC destination  and src addresses and type Code but not the footer ie CRC. If this query is not of your concern pls let me know any mailing group or the concern person from where I can get the relevent information. Thanks Neeta
