I think stream reassembly would be a function of the program linked to
libpcap, not libpcap iteslf. As far as tcpdump, I do not think it
does stream reassembly. But, the list [EMAIL PROTECTED] forwards to the
tcpdump-workers list, so please don't send a message to both.
