The people you'd most likely want to know would be the people at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
or, more likely, the people at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
as timestamps are generated by libpcap/WinPcap and the underlying packet
capture mechanism, so this is probably a WinPcap problem - tcpdump.org
don't directly support WinPcap, we just support the code that WinPcap
ports to Windows.
