Use 115.
It's the next available value, in the range for new DLT_ values, in
tcpdump.org's bpf/net/bpf.h; I'll add a DLT_ECONET definition, with that
value, ASAP (which means "not until I get home", as I'm not currently
set up to check in libpcap or tcpdump changes from work).
