Unfortunately, on most if not all platforms on which libpcap runs, there is, as far as I know, no way to configure the network card drivers to supply packets with bad CRCs to the packet capture mechanism that libpcap uses, so libpcap can't capture packets with CRC errors. - This is the TCPDUMP workers list.
