Well, I didn't, but Jan-Philip Velders did.

There appears to be some mail to the "patches" list that arrived after
message 351, but it's not readable:

        % pwd
        /n/tcpdump/lists/patches
        % ls -l 35*
        -rw-r--r--  1 majordom  tcpdump     1211 Jun 15  2000 35
        -rw-r--r--  1 majordom  tcpdump     4553 Jan  5 15:21 350
        -rw-r--r--  1 majordom  tcpdump     3735 Jan  6 03:30 351
        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump     2045 Jan 24 10:39 352

        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump  1495401 Jan 26 04:13 354
        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump     5710 Jan 29 08:18 355
        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump      998 Feb  1 10:37 356
        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump     1255 Feb  1 18:05 357
        -rw-------  1 majordom  tcpdump     1290 Feb  2 17:26 358

Some of it might even be changes that should go into 0.7.2/3.7.2, rather
than mail offering Web design help or special deals on "herbal Viagra";
unfortunately, I can't tell whether any of it isn't spam - you probably
need to fix up the script that saves those files, and then see whether
any of them are patches that should go into 0.7.2/3.7.2.
