I am using libpcap-0.6.2 on RedHat linux (kernel
2.4.18).
On that platform, I've experieced that libpcap dropped
packets in 200Mbps or more.
From previous archives,
I've heard that the performace of libpcap could be enhanced by
optimzing the linux kernel variables..
however, I could not find how to do that.
What kernel variables can be optimized?
Is there another way to improve the capacity of
libpcap?
