        normal DNS over TCP is widely used (zone transfers).   as it is
        not possible to do multicast on TCP, i suspect ~zero TCP will be used
        for multicast DNS (i'll need to reread the spec).

        anyways, committed code to decode both tcp/udp.  tnx.
