I don't really see why this test is needed. We can just build it with
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64. If large files are supported that will bring
us support for files with 2^64 bytes. If not supported this will not
change anything afaik. Or is there a C library that will complain
about that setting being unsupported?
BTW: I am building the Debian package with that setting. Works like a
charm with whatever sizes of save files.
