I presume he was asking about tcpdump; I did a Google for
tcpdump iscsi
(and then filtered out "ethereal" and some other item to reduce the noise, so perhaps I missed something) but didn't find anything about a tcpdump dissector for iSCSI.
I did the same research, therefore suggested to Alex ethereal. If a text only tools is needed, Alex can use tethereal.
