OK, I've checked in the libpcap CHANGES file, and slipped the tag on it
(and the updated CREDITS file, and the tcpdump CHANGES and CREDITS
files) so that the top-of-tree, for those files, is also *.6 and
*.6rel1.
I also slipped the tags on some files whose tcpdump_3_6 tags had been
slipped but whose tcpdump_3_6rel1 tags hadn't been slipped (tcpdump
configure.in and configure).
I fixed some typos in the tcpdump CREDITS file.
Other than the print-rx.c files, I think that's it.
