[tcpdump-workers] problem of compilation under solaris 2.6

Hello , i want to compile tcpslice on my machine (sun ultra spark 2 with
solaris 2,6) 
when i lunch configure i obtain this:

creating cache ./config.cache

checking build system type... sparc-sun-solaris2.6
checking for gcc... gcc
checking whether the C compiler (gcc  ) works... yes

checking gcc version...
.//configure: test: argument expected

i don't understand the error

can i have sme help.
