The GPL'd portions (maybe just the .h files) need to be rewritten or
re-released with a BSD style license. Also, it'd be preferable to omit
clause 3 of the BSD style license
* 3. All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software
* must display the following acknowledgement:
* This product includes software developed by the Protocol Engineering
* Lab at the Univerity of Delaware.
but that is not essential.
