PROBLEM DETAILS:
I have an HP 9000/871/D370 -host A. The outbound packets apparently are not
showing up on the tcpdump output (/opt/tcpdump/sbin/tcpdump -i 1).
The hostname where I am running tcpdump doesn't show on the left side of the
greater than sign (>)) - an indication of no outbound packets being recognized
by host A.
I have a software -" iwatch "- that needs the tcpdump output.

PATCH LEVELS:
I have checked the current HP patch level on host A (PHNE_20656), and this
covers outbound packets problem symptom already. We do have another host (host
B) that runs tcpdump with the same patch level, and tcpdump is working fine.

HOST A vs. HOST B:
The other difference is that, the host (HP 9000/889/K460 - hostB), where the
tcpdump is working, has the following lan interfaces - lan0, lan1, lan2.
And the host (host A) where the tcpdump is failing uses the following
interfaces- lan0, btlan1, btlan2.

host A and host B are both cluster nodes (MC Service Guard cluster nodes). lan
0 is the heartbeat.

host A and host B are running under HP-UX 10.20.

Please advise me of any solution pertaining to this problem.
