I ran into this problem using the PacketGetNetInfo.

If this is used on a device, which acquired the
address using the DHCP, it returns 0 IP Address.  It
is probably reading from the registry, where the
static address and dynamic addresses are stored
seperately.  

Does anyone know how to get the address properly.
