On a Linux system using a 2.2 or later kernel, and with tcpdump 3.6[.x]
and libpcap 0.6[.x], you can capture on the "any" device", which will
capture on all network interfaces simultaneously, if that's what you
mean by "monitor all the n/w interfaces".
