Standard libpcap 0.4 doesn't appear to have any code path wherein errbuf
won't have an error message put into it if "pcap_lookupnet()" returns
-1.

Perhaps the "0.4" on your system is a patched version; if so, you should
ask the supplier of your Linux distribution about this.
