Both Tero and I will be on holidays during august. It is unclear at this
point how much email access we will have.
Our AD will monitor the ml as much time permits, but dont expect timely
responses during this month.
Needless to say, when we return we will go through the ml and try to
determine if any conclusion is reached on topics under discussion, so
please continue the discussion on at least the two topics we started.
