As long as this is not a wg doc, it’s you individual doc. Therefore you can 
simple decided what should be in this doc and no wg consensus/decisrion is 
needed. I would suggest you, so provide one complete solution where you pick 
one set of features along with one set of parameters. Where possible maybe 
describe why a certain mechanism/parameter was chosen or indicate that further 
discussion might be needed/is appreciated. I believe that would help a lot for 
people to better understand you approach.
