So I ended up making more changes then I originally intended, so I'm
posting 3.4.0pre3 as a final pre-release. Assuming nothing major,
I'll be posting 3.4.0 on or about the 15th. Here's the list of
changes since 3.4.0pre2:

- Improve tcpbridge performance (#337)
- Only use two libpcap handles for tcpbridge (#338)
- Replace man2html w/ groff (#354)
- Fix false pcap_inject() detection under Windows/Winpcap (#355)
- tcpbridge now builds under Win32/Cygwin
- libdnet is no longer an option for Win32/Cygwin (#57)
- tcpbridge now supports --listnics (#357)

tcpbridge is actually quite a bit different- there's different code
execution paths for unidirectional and bidirectional modes which
should dramatically improve unidirectional performance. There's also
a number of small, yet important Win32/Cygwin build issues resolved.
