Actually, i forgot about http://code.google.com/p/wireplay/  It's
pretty rough though.

I started looking into it (a tool called flowreplay).   Problem is
that adding flow/session support is a lot more complicated then people
often realize because you're not really working at Layer 4, but at
Layer 7.

Long story short, I started writing some code and then got rid of it
because I realized I never was going to finish it.
