Hi
I used tcprewrite to replace IP address in a pcap file. The packets that I
tried to change belong to the UMTS protocol category (ie., Frame Protocol,
RLC, MAC, PDCP, etc) and I get the following warnings, and the packets are
seen as mere "UDP" packets, and are no more seen as FP/MAC/RLC/PDCP packets.
*Warning in tcpedit.c:tcpedit_packet() line 281:*
*Unsupported protocol for checksum: 0x84*
Does it then mean that tcprewrite (and hence tcpreplay) cannot work for
these non-supported protocols?
I guess the only other alternative could be to get a third-party (or open
source) "checksum calculator" for the protocols, and embed in the
tcprewrite code (w.r.t. the option --fixcsum)?
