That other pcap file works fine for me.  I'm going to guess you've got
an old version of tcpreplay.

Also, since that other pcap file is just UDP, the auto modes aren't
going to do anything useful since every sending IP looks like a client
sending to a server.  You'll need to split by another means.

Lastly, please trim your emails- especially if you're going to use the
