As they say, better late then never, but I've finally moved Tcpreplay
development from my self-hosted Subversion repo + Trac to Github:

Hopefully the reasons for this are obvious but just in case they're not:
1. Git > Subversion
2. Github does basically everything that Trac does and more
3. Hopefully should make it much easier for other people to contribute to
Tcpreplay
Anyways, the master branch (previous trunk aka 4.0 aka unstable) should be
compiling right now, but I need to make some changes for the 3.4 branch to
compile since builds were dependent on Subversion for tracking version info.
