I've made netmap last perference on the list because it is disruptive to
the interface.
When netmap starts, it disconnects the interface for the duration of the
test. If you ssh in on the same interface that you are testing on, you
see no updates to the screen while the test runs. Therefore you must
either add '--netmap' option, or as of 4.0.5 you can specify an interface
such as 'netamp:eth6".
