Hi
I am testing device that supposed to detect when packet with anomaly is sent to
it (all kind of anomalies)
I am trying to send packet using TCP replay that has bogus ip length (attaching
it)
In the past I used tcp replay of version 2.3.5 on mandriva I had no problem
sending this cap file
But now I am using tcp replay of version 3.4.4 on Ubuntu trying to send (or
manipulate the file using tcpprep) the same exactly file I get the following
error:
Fatal Error in tcpreplay.c:replay_file() line 252:
Error opening pcap file: truncated dump file; tried to read 4 file header
bytes, only got 0

And unable to send or manipulate the file

Is there some workaround I can tell the tcpprep or tcpreplay ignore those
problems in the capture?

Regards,
Silvi.
