I found the problem.
--with-netmap=/root/netmap-master/
instead of
--with-netmap=/root/netmap-master/LINUX



root@ronin02:~/tcpreplay-4.1.0# tcpreplay -i eth0 -tK --loop 5 --netmap 
smallFlows.pcap
Switching network driver for eth0 to netmap bypass mode... Warning: 
ioctl error -1 35142:21
failed!
  Switching network driver for eth0 to normal mode...
Fatal Error: failed to open device eth0: nm_do_ioctl: Operation not 
supported
root@ronin02:~/tcpreplay-4.1.0#


Not sure what the problem is.
Do you think is a netmap problem or a tcpreplay one ?
