Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where after about 30 minutes of looping the speed at 
which traffic is generated changes from what was specified with the -M option 
to full line rate.

I'm running tcpreplay with netmap on FreeBSD 10.2-RELEASE amd64. This seems to 
occur regardless of which rate or capture file I use. I'm using a dual-port 
Intel 10 GbE PCI-E adapter.

Here is an example of how I run tcpreplay when I experience this:

tcpreplay --netmap -i ix0 -K -l 0 -M 6430 ./replayfiles/GSinput1.pcap
