I would greatly appreciate some guidance on build/compile instructions for
official versions of tcpreplay sourced from git (for linux env).
readme page in git seems only to refer to steps using tar file (but
suggests that when using
git more steps are required):
./configure
make
sudo make install
the following has more detailed info for 3.x releases but mentions 4.x
require cmake, but doesnt detail required steps:

so would appreciate any clarifications required for building tcpreplay on
unix (xenial)
using git cloned code.
