Hi James, SMTP is a protocol at a much higher lever than what tcpreplay is designed to modify.
I advise you to look for projects like scapy (https://scapy.net/) instead. Scapy does not provide a smtp dissector by default, but since SMTP is a text protocol, you can just edit the content of the packets manually.
