The beginning date for this position is July 1, 2006. The successful candidate should be prepared to teach courses in one or more of the following areas: deviance, criminology, mass media, popular culture, sociology of sport. Teaching duties will include sections of Introduction to Sociology and senior research seminars. Ability to teach Sociological Methods (Qualitative and Quantitative) and Social Theory is expected.
