Does anyone have a reference for a study that I think was done in the
20s or 30s, by a group of maybe Scandinavians or Germans, of a
collective that was run by consensus, and they thought it was going to
be non-hierarchical, but eventually a hierarchy developed? A colleague
asked me if I knew the study or a reference to it, and I am clueless.
