I'll be teaching complex organizations for the first time in the spring. This
is a junior-senior level class here at Henderson; intro is the only
prerequiste. I've pretty much settled on using Jaffee's Organization Theory:
Tension & Change (McGraw-Hill, 2001), based in part on favorable comments here
on teachsoc.

I'm also considering David Knoke's Changing Organizations: Business Networks in
the New Political Economy (Westview, 2001). I'd appreciate hearing from anyone
who's used this book in an undergraduate class.

Thanks,
James
