Hi Morten,
Ella Shohat has a book, "Israeli Cinema: East/West and
the Poltics of Representation." She is mainly
interested in Israeli representation of Sephardic
Jews, but now and then she has interesting things to
say about gender as well. You may want to contact her
for more appropriate resources.
Also, although this is not a film, Julie Peteet has
done excellent feminist analysis of the Israeli army.
Ronit Lentin's "Israel and the Daughters of the Shoah"
has a useful analysis of how the Masada myth was used
by the Israelis in gendering their struggle with the
Palestinians. (Check out pp. 193 - 198).
Also, check out Melani McAlister's superb book "Epic
Encounters," chapter 4 ("The Good Fight: Israel after
Vietnam").
If you email Shohat I'm sure you'll get excellent
films to view.
cheers,
Khaldoun
