Hiya! I thought sociologists and kindred spirits might have better references
for these folks. My first thought was
Kai Erikson's _Everything in its Path_ Is there anything more up-to-date in terms of the Sociology of Disaster
or War? Erikson's Everything In It’s Path is often cited as a classic work in
sociology, but he does have a more recent publication on the sociology of
disasters—from the 1990s: A New Species of Trouble: Explorations in Disaster, Trauma, and
