Hi Angus: Did you figure it out yet? It took me several "tries" before the ah-ha moment. It's rigged so that all the possible sets of answers have the same symbol. Some mathematics whiz must have set it up. Every time you click on the crystal ball, it reshuffles the symbols associated with the answer sets so it looks like the symbols are random, but of course they're not.
