Robert: If you are interested in vintage film stuff, you might check on eBay. This is an especially good site for older stuff in the public domain. I just purchased several DVDs that contain numerous relatively short features ranging from a couple of minutes in length to 20 minutes or so on various issues (great discussion starters). For example, I learned yesterday from some 1940s and 1950s educational shorts "Why I want to be a Secretary" and "Why I should take home econoimics" plus I got some lessons on manners, "parking" and "VD", and, moving to a later timeperiod, was reminded by Bert the Turtle to how to "Duck and Cover". The price was right at less than $8 each.
There are a number of vendors offering such material and I suspect the quality varies greatly. However, the vendor I bought from did a very nice job getting the old stuff onto DVD and making an interactive menu. I can look up the company name if you are interested.
