Hi, folks. There was a great piece on talk of the nation yesterday about the moral panic over methamphetamine. The final segment is especially instructive. For any of you who teach courses in deviance and/or drugs, I highly recommend giving it a listen. Here's the link: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5485134. Enjoy! A.
Well, that's what I get for reading my e-mail before my eyes had recovered from a full-dilation exam. I opened your message expecting to read about MATH moral panic. Actually, if you go through all the meth stories and replace meth with math, they read funny as hell!
