The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at North Central College is seeking a one-year visiting full-time position for the 2006-07 academic year, beginning September 1, 2006. This person will be expected to teach eight courses, including Criminology, Race and Ethnic Minorities, Urban Problems, Delinquency, and Criminal Justice. Doctorate in Sociology preferred, but graduate students with advanced candidacy will be considered.
North Central is a selective, four-year, comprehensive liberal arts college with approximately 2500 students. It is located 30 miles outside of Chicago in Naperville, Illinois.
